Holy moly – that’s alotta Petunias!

So, the funny thing about these flowers is that they were all volunteers. Seriously! We didn’t plant any of them there. Last summer, there was bamboo in that trough. I’d had hanging flower baskets above the planter, so I guess lots of seeds fell straight down and sprouted.

I’m not sure what happened to the bamboo…that container is Pablo’s baby. I don’t touch it. But several weeks ago, he pointed out to me all the sprouts in the container where the bamboo used to be. So I fertilized them for him, and now look what they’ve done!

Volunteer flowers are the best, don’t you agree?

(Horse & Angel Tavern is in the Mountain Run Shopping Center where Eubank and Juan Tabo Blvd meet, just south of Academy.)

I’ll be back tomorrow, hope to see you back here.

Hi, my name is Liza and I’m an interior landscaper in Albuquerque. My business is called Good To Grow. I use plants and flowers to decorate offices, homes and patios around the city. I also offer memorial garden services, meaning that when someone passes, I can plant a customized garden in their honor. If the person who passed was a chef, I can plant an herb garden so that each time you use the herbs, you are reminded of your love for that person. If a Veteran dies, I can plant a red, white, and blue perennial garden. If you’d like to know more about the landscaping or memorial garden services offered, please shoot me an email at lizatheplantlady@gmail.com. Thank you for your consideration.
