The Osteospermum made it through the winter in my spare bedroom. Thrived, even, as evidenced by its enthusiastic blooms. (Thrived, despite me forgetting to water it as much as it wanted.)

Over the weekend, I moved the planter outside, to the steps by my back door.

If the flowers could speak English, I’m pretty sure they’d be whooping and hollering “Hurray!””Finally!” “We’re free!”

So cute!

I have more recent additions to the Osteospermum family:

I love them all!

In other flower news, the Graptoveria continues to bloom in the foyer:

Adorable!

And in random plant news, the Aeschynanthus got yet another Neem oil treatment for mealy bugs:

Outside, because Neem smells terrible. I sprayed it on thick (hence the white foam on the leaves), hopefully the treatment will eliminate the pests. I won’t hold my breath or anything, but I’ll be cautiously optimistic.

Riveting post today, I know. Haha, that’s why I get paid the big bucks to write this blog.

I’ll be back tomorrow, hope to see you here!
